We only stayed for 2 nights this time but we have stayed many times over the years. Friendly staff, clean complex and rooms and beautiful pool... I just wish the big one was heated!!

If you are looking for a family vacation during the winter months, I would suggest staying elsewhere. The resort has one heated pool which is designated as the “relaxation”. pool. I purchased flotation devices at the resort store so I could relax in the pool and after inflating them I was informed they are not allowed and suggested we use the kids pool. The water in that pool is not heated and is ice cold. The picture of the kids pool was taken around noon on a Saturday in December. Clearly nobody uses it because it is freezing. I attempted to return the floatation devices and they would not accept them because they were open. When I explained that I purchased them to use at the pool and the pool will not allow it, they asked me to speak to reception. Reception said that they could not help because floaties are “against the rules”. When we pointed out that the pool rules don’t exclude floaties, they finally took action. They went to the pool with a sharpie and wrote “no floaties”. I wouldn’t bring my family here again if it was the last place on earth.

Our first time here, and have to say it's great. We have a huge, spacious 2br ground floor apartment with private patio. Looking forward to a wonderful stay

Overall the holiday was amazing. Rooms are so clean and well kitted out. The one thing that let us down was a member of your staff in the restaurant in the middle of the pool. It was a lady working there at 11:30am Monday 2nd October she had brown hair. I thought she was incredibly rude. I went to ask her for a menu to look at and she sent me to the back of the queue to wait for one. Once I got to the front she very rudely said I had to put a top on before I could order (I was wearing shorts and bikini top as I had just been to the pool, ok the restaurants door step). I replied of course I’ll do that now. She then proceeded to say no you put it on and then you come back. Needless to say she could haven mentioned that initially before she sent me to the back of the queue to then tell me when I get to the front. I was very taken back by it and quite upset as I was not the only one in the queue with no T-shirt on. There were 2 others and nothing got said to them. I felt very singled out and led to believe it was because I had a darker skin tone to the others. I didn’t end up ordering in the end and left. What a waste of my time. It was such a shame this happened after such a lovely holiday. I could not fault the service from the other members of staff, accommodation amazing thank you so much for having us.

Great place to stay. Lovely rooms. Spotlessly clean, staff really helpful. Great locstion, good restaurants on site. I would definitely recommend this place

Fantastic apartments but a bit out of the way. You need a designated driver if you are disabled to get out in the evening.

Very nice apartments, nice little pool restaurant and three good swimming pools. Quiet area but walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Nice apartments but some furnitures are broken and not replaced (coffee table), having to pay 5€ per day for parking when the parking is located 10 min walk from the resort and 7€ for a laundry token are a ripoff
